Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery costs depend on the weight and volume of the product(s) you want to buy and the delivery time you have selected. Also these delivery costs are calculated automatically and appear at the time you finalize your order.

 

Taxes And Customs Duties:

Taxes and customs duties are taxes levied on imported goods when crossing the border.

 

The amounts of the taxes depend on the regulations in force in each country of destination. Fight & Shop can not inform you of their exact amount. It is therefore up to the customer to take the necessary information from the local authorities concerned and to ensure that the specific formalities for importing goods into the territory of the country of destination are followed.

 

Customs duties, taxes and fees or other charges on the importation of goods, are the responsibility of the recipient upon receipt of his parcel.

 

Important Note:

 

Customs fees may be added depending on your location.

If these fees are not paid upon receipt of your order, your packages will be automatically returned to our warehouse by the delivery company.

Under no circumstances will Fight & Shop be liable for these added costs nor will it refund a customer who has refused to pay these taxes.

All costs arising from local regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These fees are to be paid by the customer to the delivery company or local authorities at the time of receipt of the order.

 

Fight & Shop uses the services of the Post Office and in particular the So Colissimo service for parcel shipments in Metropolitan France.

 

    Delivery at home: with the Colissimo service followed by the Post Office, delivery is usually made within 72 hours directly to your home.

    Delivery in withdrawal points: delivery in one of the 10,000 post offices of your choice or in one of the many shopkeepers of the So Colissimo network.

Our international customers are exclusively delivered by DPD, the number 1 express transport in the world. The DPD service enables our international customers to benefit from extremely short delivery times at competitive rates.

For each product, we indicate an estimated shipping time. If your order contains products available immediately and others require additional time, you will receive your package once all your products are available. If you want to receive as soon as possible the products ready to be shipped, we advise you to isolate these items in a specific order.

The average delivery time is 2 working days from shipping for Metropolitan France and 5 to 6 working days for DOM-TOM. For our international customers, the average time is 2 to 3 days.

In case you wish to cancel an already registered order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible by mail. If your order is not yet shipped, it is with pleasure that we will consider your request. Otherwise, you will need to return the package at your expense and ask us for a refund (see Return, Exchange And Refund).

You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order. The return must be made only by postal operators. All returned items will be checked. They must be unused, new, with the label and in their original packaging, in order to be marketed again on our website. Hygiene products and underwear (shell and shell holder, mask, teeth protector, etc.), products customized at request of the buyer and food products, are not returned or exchanged.

 Returns of products for an exchange in the event of size problems remain the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part when shipping the order.

Any return following a refund and the cancellation of an order will be the responsibility of the customer who will have to reship the product at his own expense.

You must attach the return form to your parcel, preferably accompanied by your invoice and mention your order number. This number is visible in your customer account, section "My Orders" and in the order confirmation email object.

 

Any return not respecting the aforementioned conditions, will be likely to be refused by our services.

 

Sale products are not returned or exchanged.

 

Fight & Shop offers 3 possibilities, in case of return:

 

- Exchange of products (subject to availability of the requested size and model);

- Credit note;

- Refund (Fight & Shop will refund the amount paid, by the same payment method you used when you bought).
